Alyona A. Nikitina is Focus Asia’s co-founder and our Marketing and Sales Director for the Russian market. She is very experienced in the tourism field and enjoys being creative while diving into new projects, destinations, and ideas. She earned a post-graduate degree at the Institute of Space Research of the Russian Academy of Sciences and another from the Institute of Geography. She has travelled to 23 destinations worldwide and her main treasure is her daughter, Daria. Her dream is to travel to little-known places in the world. During her leisure time, she enjoys reading, growing flowers, and having fun with friends.

Denis Blinov is Focus Asia’s co-founder and our Managing Director in Moscow. He was born in 1979 and likes to travel. He enjoys meeting new people, discovering other cultures and ways of life. He lives in Russia and has traveled to Vietnam, Cambodia, Burma, Thailand, Germany, the Czech Republic, Holland, and France. Mr. Blinov graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in physics and underwent training in information technology. His dream is to relocate to a tropical place near the sea and to practice physical and mental training.

Leonid Averkin is our Business Development Director. He has been in the industry since 1985, and has worked for Focus Asia since 2007. He is married, has three children and two grandchildren. Leonid likes comfortable traveling across Asian countries, such as China, Myanmar, Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. His hobbies are diving and sailing. He believes that employees are critically important for a company and should be professional. He advises them to get out in the field as much as possible to know every detail in the scope of their work.

Alena Nesina was born in 1984 and is a Tourism Consultant handling FIT (Free Individual Traveler) bookings. She speaks Russian and English and believes that efficiency and accuracy are the most important assets when handling any customer request. Before coming to Focus Asia, she worked for a regional travel company as a reservation sales agent. She enjoys listening to music, reading and sports. Her dream is to travel to England and to thoroughly explore the city of London.

Yevgeniya Marieva was born in 1978. She is the Tour Consultant for individual travelers at the Moscow office. She is proactive, responsible and accurate. Yevgeniya has extensive work experience at different travel companies as a sales manager. She graduated from Moscow State Services University specializing in Tourism and Travel Management. At present, she is getting a Law degree at Moscow New Juridical University. She likes traveling and being with her family, indulging her loved ones with the delicious dishes she cooks. She dreams of traveling to the Dominican Republic and swimming there in the company of dolphins.

Alina Apsheva, born in 1986, is Tour Consultant for individual travelers and groups. She has previous experience working at a tour operator company. Her first job was confectioner. At present she is about to get a university degree in Sociocultural Services and Tourism Management. Her main hobbies are Latino and ballroom dances. She enjoys the company of her friends as she believes that there is hardly anything more valuable in life than human contact. She dreams of winning a Latino dance contest and becoming a space traveler.

Natalia Tumanova, born in 1980, is Tour Consultant for groups. With a degree in Sociocultural Services and Tourism, she has been in the travel industry for eight years. Her hobbies are traveling, sports, going to museums and exhibitions, and meeting new people. She dreams of visiting as many exotic places in the world as she can.
